Never ever gohere! Don't waste your time! Super lazy employees who sit inthe back and don't take care ofany patients. They never take walk-ins but will let you sit around for anhour hoping toget 3minutes oftheir precious time. Iwish they would fire everybody inthis location immediately

I've been going toQuest Crystal Lake since myfirst renal transplant over 15yearsago. Each month, Ihave astanding order for lab tests and come infor the drawing ofblood, about ahalf-dozen tubes. After this time you'd think myveins would beshot, but they've always been able toget agood stick and results without multiple tries. They're friendly folks, and very good atwhat theydo. Isuspect most ofthose who gripe about waiting never bothered tomake anappointment and simply camein asa walk-in— which isa good way tosit and wait— MAKE ANAPPOINTMENT folks. I have been toQuest inCrystal Lake easily adozen times. The phlebotomists are skilled. Never bruised orneeded multiple pokes. There seems tobe alot ofnegative reviews here and Idon’t getit. This ismy favorite lab between 4that I’ve used regularly over mylifetime. Note that Ipay for labs out ofpocket— never use insurance because it’s high deductible. Soit seems tome people have issue with the insurance companies and take itout onquest
